For this week’s Sales Funnel Challenge, I want you to think about objections. If you sell, you’ve probably heard numerous objections from your customers:
“It’s too expensive”
“It’s not the right time”
“We already have a vendor”
“I have to ask my wife”
“It’s not the right color”
“I already have one”
etc., etc., etc.
Customers resist purchasing something even if they need it because they are reluctant to make a decision or part with their money. They put up numerous objections just to delay the purchase. So for this week’s Sales Funnel Challenge, I want you to list the top 10 objections you’ve heard from customers. (Sometimes you have to do a bit of digging through emails or website analytics to find out). Just list it out on a piece of paper and, in next week’s challenge, we’ll use those objections.
