I’ve just returned from vacation!
My wife and I enjoyed 2 weeks in England: We spent 4 days in London, 3 days in Oxford, then toured through Stonehenge, Winchester, Portsmouth, Chichester, Battle, Hastings, Rye, Dover, Canterbury, Rochester, and points in between. We toured incredibly rich historic sites (including Roman fortresses, breathtaking cathedrals, quaint villages, and beautiful castles) and we relaxed to pints of local ale in ancient pubs. It was a wonderful time.
I’m pictured above with a pint of George Ale at The George, which is tucked away on the south side of the Thames. The building in the background dates back to 1676 but the site housed a pub long before that. Both Shakespeare and Dickens are known to have drank here. In this picture, I’m toasting my clients who kindly let me put their work “on pause” so I could go. Thank you: Heather & team, Gail & team, Evita, Louis, George & Neal, David, Brad, Kevin, Butch, Chris, Nancy, Jorge, and Jonathan.
I love what I do and work hard to deliver high value, always. This vacation was refreshing and inspiring. I’m anxious to get back to work and I’m bursting with ideas to put into practice.
We’re already well into October so let’s each make this the best Q4 we’ve ever had!
