What a great week last week! I wrapped up a couple of projects, I put in some time on some bigger projects, and I acquired a couple of new clients. This week, I’m hoping for more of the same, plus I’m putting together a couple of joint ventures that I’m really excited about. (I’ll tell you more about them when they are finalized).
Some of the work I’m doing this week includes…
- Continuing on a book for a tax accountant.
- Writing for a new client who serves real estate investors.
- Working on some existing projects for a debt-repair/credit expert, plus I’m starting up some new projects for her too!
- There are a couple of nearly-done projects that I’m hoping to put the finishing touches on this week (assuming that I can get some feedback from the reviewers).
- I’ve also mentioned in the past that I’d like to do some speaking and one organization asked me to put together a proposal for them.

Okay, last week was not a great week. My wife and I both came down with a flu/cold/whatever that is making its way around and we ended up sleeping basically from Tuesday to Thursday. Then I wrecked my back during a circuit training challenge. And then I was sick all weekend. Not a great start to the year. :(

- Wrapping up a sales letter for a client who helps people avoid foreclosure.
- Rolling up my sleeves on a joint venture project I started last week — it’s about helping people make money blogging.
- I’ve got a big pile of work I need to do for a credit counselor — she and I have started several projects and I need to move each one forward.
- Oh, and a lending company in Australia has asked me to write some copy for them… that should be done today.

Here are a few things I’m working on this week…

- Starting up a new blogging project for a mortgage broker client.
- Starting up a new blogging project for a credit counselor.
- Wrapping up an ebook for a real estate professional who specializes in short sales.
- Starting a print book for an accountant about saving money on income tax
