Aaron Hoos

I’ve got some exciting projects coming up this week — both for clients and for my own business, too. Here are some highlights:

• Wrapping up a sales letter for a client who licenses their marketing software to other agencies
• Writing blog content for a stock picking site (this was a former client who put their blog on hold to develop other aspects of their business but started the site back up again)
• Starting to market my HowToInvestTV website — a site that educates investors about various types of investments.
• I’m also doing some work on a copywriting site I own.

What a great start to the week! I have a ton of work and a full cup of coffee. So awesome. Oh, and I reconfigured the office in my house so my wife can work in it too. (She’s launching her business next month). So here’s what I’m working on this week…

• Wrapping up some ebooks for clients — they’re mostly done and need some finishing touches.
• Doing some sales page copywriting.
• Writing stock picks for a bunch of clients.
• Writing articles for a debt repair consultant and a mortgage loan broker.
• Writing 3 articles for a credit union members’ magazine.
• Unrelated to writing: I finally found a showerbase that fits perfectly into my downstairs bathroom (part of a remodel that seems to have no end). Believe me, that is GREAT news at our house!

I’m baaaaaaaack. Had an awesome week last week. I recovered from a little writer burnout, I did some work around the house, and I hung out with my wife (we’re celebrating our anniversary, which is officially on May 9th but after 14 years of marriage, what’s a week early?)

Here’s what I’m working on this week…

• Deal with the mountain of emails that piled up last week!
• Implement a new section of my business plan (which I was holding off until after this week).
• Wrap up 4 ebooks that are each about 80% complete and need to be completed and sent to clients.
• Write a couple of articles for a debt repair client.
• Write a couple of blogs for a real estate investing client
• I have a couple of other sites that need a little attention, too! Guess I’d better do something with them as well.

Nothing!

Yep, I’m not working on anything. Gosh, I love writing that.

This past month I’ve been pretty focused on a client’s book (plus finishing up some other projects and starting some new ones) and I basically ran out of steam. I needed a break. So I’m taking one! (Plus, it coincided with my anniversary, so I get to hang out with my wife a little more, too).

I might still try to blog once or twice but if you try to reach me this week, my email will autoreply that I’m unavailable.
