Good morning! Hope your day started great!
It’s 5:12 AM as I write this. I got up at 5:00 AM, I have my coffee and my list of actions… so I’m ready to go!
Here’s one weird observation: Last night I got more sleep than I usually do (went to bed a bit earlier so I got 7 hours of sleep instead of the usual 5 /2 to 6). And this morning I find myself more tired than usual. It’s not a big deal, I’m shaking it off as I write, but I find it weird. The amount of sleep I got was not that much more — and maybe there’s some other factor that is causing my sleepiness or overriding the extra hour or so I that got — but the important thing is: I’m up at 5:00 AM anyway and I’m at my computer. So let the day begin!
