Okay, I’m going to give you an easier challenge for this week because it’s Valentine’s Day.
In last week’s Weekly Sales Funnel Challenge, I had you identify your Leads-to-Prospects triggers. This week, you’re going to build on that and identify your Prospect-to-Customer triggers.
To do this successfully, you need to know the following things:
- How do you define a “Prospect”?
- How do you define a “Customer”?
- What is the step or action that happens to bring your contact from the Prospect stage to the Customer stage?
